Engraver and painter Eirini Podimata – Stefanaki, was born in Heraklion, Crete. She studied engraving at the Athens School of Fine Arts under K. Grammatopoulos and book art under G. Papadakis. She graduated in 1971. She taught in secondary education and presented her works, mainly coloured woodcuts, in individual and group exhibitions, including the Pan-Hellenic Exhibition of 1973. She is a member of the Chamber of Fine Arts of Greece.
