Painter Thalia Cleopa was born in 1928 in Athens. She studied painting at the Athens School of Fine Arts (1951 – 1955) under Umv. Argyros and Y. Moralis.

She has presented her work in solo exhibitions in Athens, in Johannesburg, in Pretoria, in London, etc. She has taken part in group exhibitions, including the Pan-Hellenic exhibitions (1957, 1960, 1963, 1967, 1969, 1971, 1973 and 1975), the Alexandria Biennale (1971), etc. She is a member of the Chamber of Fine Arts of Greece.
