Anna Saloustrou was born in Heraklion, Crete in 1962. She works as Physical Education teacher in secondary education.

She is an amateur painter and has presented her works in group exhibitions such as the tribute “Science and Art” (Technopolis of the Municipality of Athens – 2008) and in solo exhibitions, including the exhibition at the Basilica of St. Mark, Heraklion in 2011.
