Pressas Andreas S.
Icon painter and painter Andreas Pressas was born in Argos in 1908. He studied at the Athens School of Fine Arts (1930 – 1934) under Sp. Vikatos. He worked as an icon painter and his works are found in various churched in Argolis, Corinth and Crete.
He participated in the Pan-Hellenic exhibition of 1938 and held solo exhibitions, among others, in Corinth in 1936 and in Patras in 1955. He taught in secondary education. Andreas Pressas died in Patras in 1985. He was a member of the Chamber of Fine Arts of Greece.
