Siaterli Dimitra
Dimitra Siaterli was born in 1952 in Argos. She studied painting, engraving and decorative arts at the Accademia di Belle Arti in Bologna (1971 – 1977) and at the same time she attended engraving classes in Faenza in the workshop of Pino Pandolfini (currently her husband).
In 1976 she worked with the Alzaia Cultural Centre of Rome and in 1977 she returned to Greece and founded the “Printmaking Centre” in Athens with her husband Pino Pandolfini. She has presented her works in several solo exhibitions in Athens and in various Greek cities and in Italy (happenings at the Corte del Castello Malatestiano Longiano, Italy – 1983, Segno Grafico, Venice – 1991, L’Ariete, Bologna – 1991, Centro Internazionale della Grafica, Rome – 1991, “Per Filo & Per Segno” with Pino Pandolfini, Cesena and Santarcangelo, Italy – 2017).
She has also taken part in many group exhibitions, including the Intergrafik, Berlin (1984), the Baden-Baden Biennale (1985), etc. She is a member of the Chamber of Fine Arts of Greece and the Greek Printmakers’ Association.
