Chadoulia – Mavridi Roula

Engraver and icon painter Roula (Zacharoula) Chadoulia – Mavridi was born in Athens in 1941. She studied engraving at the Athens School of Fine Arts (1961 – 1965) under K. Grammatopoulos.

She presented her work in solo and group exhibitions, including the Pan-Hellenic exhibitions of 1965, 1969, 1971, 1973, 1975 and 1987, the tribute to the Post-WWII Engraving which was held at the National Gallery – Alexandros Soutsos Museum in 1988, the Japan Biennale in 1991 and 1993, etc. She also decorated the interior of churches with religious scenes. She is a member of the Chamber of Fine Arts of Greece.
