Painter Elena Pavlichenko – Tsatsaki was born in Moscow in 1958. From 1970 to 1977 she took independent lessons in painting and sculpture, and graduated from the postgraduate department of the Moscow Polygraphic Institute (1977 – 1986).

She is a painter, a graphic artist and art editor in magazines and she has taught art in Greece (Secondary Education, the Hellenic Organization of Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises, etc.). She has presented her work in solo and group exhibitions in Moscow, Crete, Rhodes and Athens. She is a member of the Chamber of Fine Arts of Greece.
