Krystalia Melesanaki is a graduate of the Department of Conservation of Antiquities and Works of Art, School of Graphic and Artistic Studies, Technological Educational Institute of Athens.

She is a member of the scientific team at the Institute of Electronic Structure and Laser, Foundation for Research and Technology – Hellas (IESL – FORTH).
